“After i burned down the studio, I was thirsty”, Richard Hudson (played by Patrick Warburton).
To this day i have been unable to locate a copy of The Woman Chaser on DVD. The 90-minute noir-styled film was never released on DVD (or to my knowledge). Based on Charles Willeford’s novel and directed by Robinson Devor, The Woman Chaser is hands down one of my favorite dark comedies. In fact, the movie is so high up in my list that only Dr. Strangelove could beat.
If anyone can locate a copy on DVD/Blu-ray, please notify me. I saw the movie back in ’99 at a local art-house theatre in Winter Park, FL, and have never seen the movie on any movie-channels or Netflix. I own a copy of The Woman Chaser on VHS, but have been unable to purchase an official DVD release of the movie.
